Though students were unable to celebrate together in person, a few student representatives were included in the ceremony to represent their classes. Wu Kaiwen, MS DABC ‘20, delivered a speech, remarking on the accomplishments of the class and reminiscing about memories  starting in New York in June 2019 and continuing in Shanghai through the fall and spring semesters. Each graduate's name was read by faculty representatives, and a ceremonial "hooding" of Dai Weiduo, MS QF ‘20, and Chen Yijie, MS DABC ‘20, was conducted on stage to represent their respective cohorts.
