On April 15th, the NYU Stern - NYU Shanghai MS Programs Graduate Admission team held a welcome event on NYUSH’s Qiantan new campus for the Class of 2024 admitted students from four Master programs: MS in Quantitative Finance (MSQF), MS in Data Analytics and Business Computing (MSDABC), MS in Marketing and Retail Science (MSMRS), MS in Organization Management and Strategy (MSOMS) in Shanghai. The event provided new students with the opportunity to get to know each other, socialize with professors and alumni, and learn about the brand new Qiantan campus. Graduate ambassadors and alumni from the four programs were present, along with four capstone project directors and program professors who were invited as special guests.

Four Capstone Project directors warmly welcomed the students and shared their good wishes. Professor Rayn Wang from Marketing and Retail Science (MSMRS) shared: "When we embark on this wonderful journey, the key is in your hands. Curiosity is the key, and it is also the key to success."

The Capstone Project is the final component of NYU Stern - NYU SH MS programs. Students will work in groups during the spring semester, guided by professors and companies. Throughout the project, students will receive personal guidance from professional skill mentors and Capstone Directors. They will also participate in a series of workshops to improve their professional skills and soft power development. Our project directors will hold regular progress review meetings with the groups to provide timely guidance and professional advice.

Campus Tour
To help Class of 2024 students better understand and familiarize themselves with the new campus environment, the admissions team led campus tours for students, parents, and alumni. These tours showcased the advanced facilities of the new campus, with a focus on the main functional departments and facilities, and also explained the functions and services offered by these departments and facilities.
