- Academic transcripts (a four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the U.S. or an equivalent degree from a foreign country )
- Prerequisite requirement

- One letter of recommendation
- TOEFL score (minimum 90), new TOEFL (minimum 4.5) or IELTS score (minimum 6.5) for non-native English speaker OR who have not received a university degree taught in English
- A personal statement
