Together, NYU Shanghai and NYU Stern are partnering to deliver elite master’s programs to prepare new and recent college graduates for successful China and Asia-focused business careers. Our programs are designed for young professionals of any nationality with outstanding records of prior undergraduate achievement who seek to advance themselves with a world-class, global education in business.
Our programs consist of full-time courses of study, taught entirely in English, that commence with a Summer term at NYU Stern in New York City followed by the remainder of the program pursued at NYU Shanghai. Students can choose from 12-month or 20-month duration options. Designed with breadth and depth in mind, our programs feature rigorous coursework and capstone experiences during which students integrate classroom learning to solve projects for leading companies. Throughout, students acquire not only critical technical and analytical proficiency, but also business skills.
Our programs leverage expert insights and perspectives. Our faculty are recognized as international thought leaders and creators of new knowledge whose work influences industry trends and practice. Furthermore, our program advisory boards, composed of senior executives from the world’s foremost companies, consult on curricular issues, connect students with capstone projects, and advise on employment opportunities.
Upon their graduation, students receive Master of Science degrees issued by New York University, ready to take the next step in their professional business careers.

Welcome to our Masters of Science programs offered via a unique and innovative partnership between the NYU Stern School of Business in New York and NYU Shanghai. Guided by expert faculty on our New York and Shanghai campuses, students learn both globally applicable principles and locally relevant knowledge in two of the leading twenty-first century business and creative capitals.
